Billing questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 30 days on yearly plans only. Your card is taken at sign-up and charged when the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. Monthly plans are billed from day 1.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, any time in Settings › Plan. Moving up is charged for the rest of the period; moving down is credited against future invoices.

Can I cancel?

Any time, in Settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and you can view and download your records for 30 days after. Payments are not refunded.

How is payment taken?

By card through Stripe. Tallycent never sees or stores your card details.
